This evening we dined in the Café de l’Homme inside the Musée de l’Homme. The name “café” was remarkably deceptive as the restaurant was quite upscale.
Complete with dim lighting, chic décor, and typically Parisian tiny portions, the restaurant was very enjoyable. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful, modern chandeliers.
Our professor ensured that the wine was plentiful and everyone seemed pretty pleased with his or her meal. I can guarantee first-hand that the lamb is delicious. The staff topped off the evening: our waitress expressed complete shock when informed at the end of the meal that we were all from the US. (-Emilienne)
