Un bistrot typique, l’Ebauchoir offre un nouveau menu chaque jour. La carte est écrite à la main sur des tableaux noirs à côté de chaque table. Eva a aimé les ingrédients frais dans sa salade simple et son dessert au chocolat. La nourriture était délicieuse!

We ate here after our tour of the outdoor modern art at La Defense. This restaurant was situated in the quaint Bercy Village, where old train tracks still lie among the cobble stone and the restaurants were once used as storage for wine. The red wine was particularly tasty, and food was fresh, with a lot of seafood options.
