As the program said, the play concerns itself with the question of “Who killed Nicolas Blache?” The play represents a series of events in a non-linear fashion, mixing up scenes from the present and the past. As the detective story unravels, the scenes set in the past show the intricate personal lives of each and every character. The play was very well acted and the simple, yet brilliant, mise-en-scène allowed for smooth transitions between scenes, making the mystery thicken faster.
